My Validation Token, and My License Domain is this safe to give out to this website??? Please see screen shots...

Yes, it it just attempting to confirm that you have a valid XenForo license using the API.

You can regenerate your license verification token in the Admin CP after it has been used. But indeed as Tom Howard mentions above, the official license API was partially designed with this use case in mind.

If you go to the main Xenforo Customers section of this website:
https://xenforo.com/customers/

you should see your licences listed - and underneath, a link for "validation token". This is just a string of characters that can be used to confirm that your forums and domain have a valid licence.
