Right i have my forum's and a gallery which both need member to join

Think it is possible to copy the username / password / email from xenforo's datebase and add it to the gallery's datebase?

than all i would have to do is turn new signups off on the gallery and change a few links

Rather than copying the data you should look at rewriting the gallery login to authenticate against the forum user data, if that's possible. Having duplicate data in a database is something you want to avoid.
