What do you mean by custom exactly? You can create more trophies out of the box.

I mean like have actual trophies as the images and that, like I run a pro clubs site for Fifa and I want to have like the EPL cup and that for trophies but I'm unsure how to do this or what addons there are for this

That doesn't mean it won't work - the author just won't provide support for it.
