XF 2.1 Is there a way to hide e-mail addresses?

An old forum we imported has e-mail addresses showing in some posts, which I'd like to censor to prevent any spam. Is there a way I can do this within XenForo? I'd rather not run a regex on the database, but hide them at run time.

There was an addon for XF1 that I used for this, but I can't see anything similar for XF2. Perhaps someone knows of one, or is there a way to do this with the stock software?

There isn't anything that would do this out of the box, so it'd require an add-on.
