XF 2.2 Is there a way to customize / edit text style in thread titles?

Did a search and couldn't find anything. Is there a way to add bold, italics, strikethrough, or change the font in a thread title?

Thanks. That looks to be beyond my level of expertise. I was hoping someone had developed an add-on that is "user-friendly."
