XF 2.1 Is there a fix for the post image flyout?

This post image flyout on our site has never worked. When people put in an image URL, nothing gets posted. They have to do it manually. Is there a fix available for this small thing?

Image code works if you type it into a post manually, but if you put the same URL in the flyout box, nothing happens.

i have uploads disabled on my forum and i use this option multiple times a day. and it has worked just fine!

The flyout does not work in a Microsoft Edge browser, but works on Chrome.

It seems to have resolved now after the 2.15 upgrade. Thanks!
