Is their any plugin or way to do this that if a member registered and didn't verified his e-mail for x days his account should get deleted after that like there was a plugin in xenForo

It shouldn't be hard at all for a developer to write such an add on but I imagine a cron job could take care of something so simple. If you were doing something like this in a wreckless manner its pretty easy sql to list and delete such users.
