I will install XenForo on the forum area of your site called Kırıkkale Haber, and now the hosting site is hosting shared hosting as you think these servers are suitable for XenForo?

Depends on the hosting company, I used bluehost shared hosting and it was so bad, there were some minutes of the day when it takes 10 seconds to load my small forum. I moved to bulgarian company and for the same price on shared hosting my site loads in 0.6 secs and their support is 24 hours and takes less than hour to reply. I suggest you to research the hosting companies first.

I think with hosting you get what you pay for, if it's too cheap it is for a reason.
