XF 1.2 Is it possible to merge between two thread prefixes?

I want to merge two prefixes without losing the thread prefixes on old threads. Is it possible?

Let's say I currently have prefix "Question" and prefix "Problem" in the same node. Now, I want all the threads that used the prefix "Problem" to show a prefix "Question" instead.

You should probably use the batch thread update in the admin CP to change all threads with the "Problem" prefix to "Question".

The problem is that there are other prefixes at the same node (5 more), so how can I choose just these "Problem" prefixes?

You'd just search for threads (in the batch update tool) that have the "Problem" prefix. You can confirm the matched threads before you do the update. (http://xenforo.com/community/threads/bulk-thread-management.51302/)
