XF 1.2 Is it possible to display post description in the thread list?

Currently when a user hovers over a thread title (in the thread list), a 40 - 50 word description of the post is shown to him via a preview tool-tip (as shown in attachment 1).

Would it be possible to permanently display this description under the 'thread title' as shown in attachment 2?

Yes, it's an option in the Admin CP, though I can't remember the exact one off the top of my head.

I thought so too, but it looks like that option is only for 'Forum List' and not for 'Thread List'. It's under 'Style Properties > Forum/Node List > Enable/Disable Forum Description ToolTips.
