XF 2.1 iphone user unable to save profile-2.1.4

Hi there.

One of my forum users is unable to save changes to their profile while using their iphone. They've tried Microsoft Edge's browser in addition to the browser that comes with iphone (Safari?) and this started occurring after the latest iOS software update.

I do not own an iphone so I am unable to reproduce. Has anyone else seen this with iphone?

I have a lot of iPhone users and haven’t heard any complaints. On 2.1.4.

There was another iOS update I think yesterday or the day before. Did that fix the issue?

I would suggest having them clear their cache and trying again.

I suggested to them to clear their cache on desktop and iphone. They are running a 6s with 13.1.3 in Safari, but have the same issue with desktop.

No one else has reported this issue.

Same issue with their desktop? Maybe it’s an account issue. Can you log in as them and try?

Press F12 to activate the browser inspector and check the console tab.

There will be an error there.

My guess is it's going to be something tripping mod sec.
