iPads and XenForo

I have a user telling me she us unable to upload pictures to the forum using her iPad, is this a problem my end or is it just another example of Apple products 'just working'

But seriously, that can't be right. In the adverts on the telly there's doctors telling me how it changed the face of medicine but my one little old user sitting at home on her settee wants to upload a picture of her cat and it's stumped?

iOS doesn't have a user-accessible file system, so you can't upload files via Mobile Safari. Only apps can access images from the Camera Roll to upload them.

You could add Forum Runner and/ or Tapatalk and your users would be able to upload pictures and view your forum in a mobile friendly format. They've worked well on my XF forum.

I use the Photo Bucket App to upload pictures then just link to them.

The Upload button is a Flash file, which is why it does not work on iOS.
Hopefully, Kier will be able to replace it with a HTML5 button in his new mobile theme.
