XF 2.3 How to Add and Manage Ads in XenForo?

Hi, I am planning to integrate advertising on my XenForo forum and I need some clarification:

1. How can I properly add banner ads? Is there a recommended way to insert ad code using the built-in XenForo system?
2. Is it possible to display pop-up ads, interstitials, or floating/sticky ads? Do I need an add-on for that, or can it be done through templates or default options?
3. Is there any way to manage ads separately for desktop, tablet, and mobile users?
4. Can I restrict ads for certain user groups, such as staff or premium members, so they do not see ads?

Any guidance, tips, or best practices would be really helpful.
