XF 2.0 iPad attach image doesn't work

I have realised it is impossible to attach an image to a PM in Xenforo 2 using an iPad with the latest IOS. The Attach button bottom left is not visible, and the Photo attach button top middle is, but if I click that, it only allows a Url, not add an image via Photo library on the iPad.

Anyone else seen this issue? Can we get it fixed?

If this only happens in PM then it suggests you don’t have permissions to attach files in PMs.
