XF 1.4 ios issue?

when I switch to a different style of my site, always get a 404 error
the correct link should be
https://bbsmit.org

after I pick a new style, the link points to, error is from the red part
https://bbsmit.org/,%20https://bbsmit.org/

this happens on ios8, new safari os yosemite

chrome or old ios7 is fine, anyway to solve this problem?

I do see 2 location headers in the response, which is very weird and not something XF would generate. Try disabling any optimization modules enabled in your webserver (such as Nginx pagespeed that I see in your headers).
