Invoicing

For those who have small businesses what do you use to invoice your customers?

I have been looking at various invoicing solutions including online and mac applications. I'm looking for a solution where I can attach a "Pay Now" button to the invoice, but none of the mac applications I have tested out are able to do this... It only seems that the online invoicing services allow this.

I've looked at these ones for ONLINE SERVICES:

• Blinksale (quite impressed, looks awesome and is easy to use; fairly inexpensive)
• Freshbooks
• Cashboard

And for Mac software:

• Billings 3 (awesome software and nice looking invoice templates, but I'd like to be able to add a "Pay Now" button linking to paypal payments and I don't think I can do so)
• MacFreelance
• iBiz

Depending on what you need you may just invoice via Paypal.

Reminds me of when I ordered by phone an "invoicing program" back in the 80's. The invoice arrived before the package and THE INVOICE WAS HAND WRITTEN! I refused the package.
