Won't fix Invalid CSS

Haven't looked into where this is coming from, but this appears to be coming straight out of XenForo (reproducible here):

  width:;
  height:
}

@visitorPanelAvatar.width and @visitorPanelAvatar.height have no default values.

I may tweak this case, but this can come up in some other cases and it generally shouldn't have any detrimental effect. It can happen in some cases where something isn't specified in a style property that we then access directly.

In this situation, it lets you specify the width of the image via the avatar surround style property if you wish. Otherwise, separate properties would be needed.

As such, just going to tag this as "won't fix" as more of a general purpose indicator.
