I'm not sure if this belongs in here, but I figured it can be moved if not.

Using IE on this site, I've noticed there is a style problem . See below

Best effort support for IE10 too but not a priority. Certainly won’t look great there due to flaky flexbox support.

I have IE 11 ------- I don't believe there is a 12.

Not exactly - its not pushing the thread to the left for me -- but images and text extend to the right -- see screenshot.

Edge is versions as ie12, I believe

Edge is not Internet explorer. 2 separate browsers. Edge is the "replacement" for IE. Microsoft actually recommends you run IE if you need
ActiveX controls because edge doesn't support them.

Jake is more or less correct. The layout engine in Edge is basically a fork of the IE11 rendering engine. Its versioning started at version 12. But that’s just semantics really.

I’d recommend trying to move towards Edge if you can at some point and try to rely less on sites that require ActiveX controls. They’ve been deprecated for a reason.

Aside from anything, IE11 isn’t likely to evolve any further and it will likely experience rendering issues in modern sites much more frequently.

As for the report I’m still fairly certain it’s the same root cause, even if it presents itself slightly differently.

By the way, setting flex: 1 1; fixed this issue in IE.
