XF 1.4 internal server error

Hi guys,
Updated to 1.4 beta 2 today. Upgrade went fine and everything seemed fine for 10-15 mins. Then I started getting memory could not be allocated errors. In cpanel I read that suphp cannot create child which seems to be causing the issue. I cannot even access the forums right now and contacting the host. Has something changed under the hood of xf in regards to suphp? Can I disable it?

Those issues would be unrelated. They would generally indicate that your server is out of memory.
