I did test all of them, nothing suites me. it must be a solid solution, not an addon with bugs

This one works best for me on XF 2.3 with very low resources needed and perfectly stable:

No it's not. But it's part of the widgets that are built in.
I'm sure if you wanted to link it you'd use the html widget and copy and paste the code in.
A bit like if you wanted your facebook or threads account on there.
You shouldn't need any addons for it. That's my point here.
Go to acp > appearance > widgets > dropdown box add new widget > html and follow the prompts

I have never seen any forum using as many addons as me. I am addon addicted, have installed more than 200 & did try about 300 which are removed.
All these already tested & did not passed. someone uses new posts, new threads, like in what's new page, but you should understand that google search bot does not like the same content in several pages, it's called duplicated content, while XF has not proper Canonical URL, posts are redirected, while should be not & covered with canonical. I can write many problems here, but won't, as already discussed resulting no fix.
Native XF new post widget works fine, but with a live content XF could make a step ahead & receive many advantages!
Anyway, just imagine how many users press on logo or refresh page button. better develop simple code routine than getting millions of clicks
