Installing xenforo on shared server

I have windows shared hosting account on Asphostportal and I want to install Xenforo on my shared hosting account. Can I install this feature? Do you have any guide to read?

There are people that run it on a Windows server (not my personal first choice)... but use the test scripts that were linked to you and you can confirm if they server meets the minimum requirements for support.
That does NOT necessarily mean that it will run well on it... it simply means that it meets the minimum requirements for it to install and run.

I have done many installations on shared servers running Windows IIS.

As above, use the script to check server compatibility.
