Installed just fine but with some error messages!

I saw a bunch of these:

An error occurred. Please click the button below for more information.​

As many others have reported, there was no button below. In my case, it simply continued to install.

But the process continued and it seems to have installed just fine. Had to get the server guy install MySQLi something.

How do I get the Fixed Width Style! It's not pre-installed.

Create a new child style, then un-comment the commented width and margin declarations under Style Properties > General > Page Width Container (I think that's the right path).

found it. now if only i can locate the error on my dedicated that is causing too frequent time outs on wordpress blog posts and forum import script. it would be perfect.
