XF 1.5 Installation options

This is my 3rd import. But this time, the Configuration Builder seem different and I have no idea why.
Among the options seen in the screenshot, there were two more options the last two times; table prefix and charset. Strangely these options are not in this installation. Why?

Does it matter much if you don't set charset and table prefix? I wonder why those two fields have disappeared in this installation.

The XenForo install never asks about table prefixes or character sets. They're not part of XF.

You only need to specify those when you're importing from other systems that work differently (dynamic prefixes or non specified DB charsets).
