XF 1.4 Installation Help

Im trying to install xenForo, but i cant figure out this tutorial?!?! im on step 3, and i have no idea what it is asking me to do? This is a gyazo of the step: http://gyazo.com/01df88ab2ba29ebf9b89fa903bb28e3c
I have found the 2 folders, but i dont understand what it is asking me to do with them?

Right click on them in your FTP client and choose the permissions option.

Then set them to 0777.

Sorry to bother you but im having some little problems w/ step 4 too :/ This is what step 4 looks like http://gyazo.com/f1fdd6be65e84894b8f0593349510a80 When it says "Direct your browser to the install directory within the URL that corresponds to your upload", what do i put for the url? i saved my folder as "Krypton", but i have no idea what to put the url as? ty in advance

You need to put in your browser : yourdomain.com/Krypton/install/ and follow the steps .
