I suggest you accept Jake's offer because it is very good.
He will do the install and the import.
If you insist on trying to get another person to do everything they will charge you a lot more money. You will also probably have to wait in a queue for minimum 2 weeks because developers are always busy.
You can do the logo easily.
Your logo on your old site is crazy! It is enormous! It looks OK but the real image is very big. Your designer did not do a good job.
Here is the image changed for you.
Right click this new image and Save it in a folder on your computer.
(You should make a folder for XF work.)
NEXT
When Jake has done your installation, and the import:
Upload this new logo graphic to your new XF.
It must go in this directory (folder):
www.moderntank.net/styles/default/xenforo/
NEXT
in that directory find the file
logo.png
Right click it. Rename ----->
logoNEW.png
That stops XF using it because XF will look for the name logo.png. (But never delete when making changes, for safety.)
Rename the new file
logoNEW.png ----> logo,png
That means XF will now recognise the name and work with it. But it will be YOUR logo.
Refresh the public site. You will see your logo is there. But the size will not be correct.

Go to your XF admin area.
How? Copy your XF site address

to a new page - add
admin to the end of the site address.

Log in.
Click
Appearance on the top bar.
Click
Style Properties - big square picture in centre.
Click 4th item on list "
Header and Navigation"
In the main area see "
Height of Header Logo"
The logo I gave you is 127 height so change the number to
127px
Click
Update Style Property button at the bottom.
Refresh the public site. Should look OK.
You can also change colours and fonts in Style Properties.
But see how you go with the logo first.
