Everyone has this error once in a while.
The script will refresh in a few seconds and it will work after the refresh.

Just don't touch anything and it will install itself

Can you log into the admin control panel?

What did you upgrade from?

Do you have any add-ons? If you, I recommend you disable them (ideally via the admin CP).

It's an Install Problem, so he doesn't have an ACP, no previous version he can upgrade from or any add-ons

yes im able to use admin panel

Indeed, I have seen a couple places mention that the portal has broken.

Looks like he just updated it to 1.3.0

It was at 1.2.8 so this must be the fixed version. Testing now.
