Install Folder Question

After reading about the new vB exploit in the install folder, I was wondering if it's needed at all to run xenForo? is it safe to delete it after installing/upgrading? I know the exploit doesn't exist in xenForo, but I'm sure the paranoids (like me) would feel safer knowing that it can be deleted.

You can delete it but you would need to upload it again if you ever had to do a master rebuild.

It is safe to leave it where it is, there is no need to delete it.
