XF 1.5 Install-Error | Can't install Xenforo.

Hello Community.
I've just tried to install Xenforo on my new Webspace-Server - But it hasn't worked...
I tried 1.4.6, 1.5.8 and 1.5.10(a) - But theres one error: #500
Does anyone now how I can fix this?

A 500 error is a generic server error.
There may be more details in the server error log - if you aren't sure how to check that, ask your host.

Did you run the compatibility script to ensure the server will support XF?

Is this a free host or paid hosting?

It's a paid Hosting... And I've already talked with him yesterday 5 hours... the Server is fine, and the Domain too

Ask your host to check the server error log.

We can't speculate what the problem is with a generic 500 error being returned.

A template site works too...
