Fixed Inserting video into empty RTE results in uneditable content

1. Start with an empty editor
2. Upload a video
3. Use the controls to insert it into the editor
4. Try to type text either before or after the inserted video and observe failure.

Not sure if any changes have been made here lately, but when inserting a video on Chrome on Desktop, I'm no longer able to insert any text before or after a video at the moment, until I switch to BB code view and insert new lines there, or there already is text. The video is also displayed as inline block next to the text rather than as a block on its own line.

This appears to have been magically resolved. If anyone finds it happening again, please open a new report and refer to this one.
