XF 1.5 Inserting quotes in XF1: missing a [quote messages] button ?

Is this XF1 forum missing a [quote messages] button ? or did you have to hit the [x] close button ?
I forget.

They are missing a "Quote These Messages" button.

Also in XF1, there wasn't a [x] close button in the top right, there was a "Cancel" button right next to the "Quote These Messages" button.
