XF 1.2 Insert Edit Image/Link BBCode no longer works

Hello again!

Up until today insert image and link were working fine but now pressing "Insert" when prompted does nothing. How should I go about troubleshooting this, or what would help to better present my issue?

What were the changes you made prior to the problem occurring?

You may need to disable all add-ons, remove any custom JavaScript and revert to an unedited, default template.

Then re-enable each add-on in turn until the error is triggered, to identify which one it is.

I determined that it was the TinyMCE Quatro addon and will take my question there. Thank you Brogan!
