Index problem

Often receive emails from Google that pages are not indexed and that there are problems with indexing. But when I look at the robots.txt everything is as it should be and allowed for google to crawl. What could be the error?

It would all depend what the problem is.

Look in Google Search Console to see why pages aren't indexed.

There will be various reasons including just not indexed and you may never know why. But that could be thin content or just Google not bothering.

Referring page - None detected

should it be /sitemap.php or /sitemap.xml ?
