XF 1.4 Increase Subscription Price?

I am looking to increase the price of several recurring subscriptions. If I simply raise the price of the upgrade, will previous members be able to renew at the old price without errors?

Also if I simply create a new upgrade and uncheck the "can be purchased" box will the old subscription still be able to be renewed?

Yes.
The price won't change for existing subscriptions.

Yes, they are two separate upgrades.
