XF 2.3 Increase notable members from 5 to 10

How can I increase the number of notable members displayed in the blocks of the https://xenforo.com/community/members/ page on my site?

Reasons:
1.) For the site in question, I'm not using the gallery or resources, so I only have 3 blocks: messages, reactions, points, so the /members/ page looks mostly blank/empty. I'd like to fill it out by increasing the number of members shown in each of my 3 blocks from 5 to 10.
2.) The top few members of my site are way ahead of the rest; I'd like to encourage the up-and-comers by increasing that number to 10 so it highlights more "top contributors".

Oops, I searched before posting and didn't find it, but now I see I asked this back in January already before I got busy doing the upgrade.

On the notable members page, is there a way to increase the number of notable members in the card view from 5 to 10?

I know you can click "show more" to show the list of 20, but I'm only using 3 cards on the main Notable Members page, so it currently has a lot of blank space. I'd like to increase the number of members on the card view from 5 to 10 to make the initial page more interesting/full.

That value is hard coded. It can only be changed with a file edit.
