Duplicate Incorrect Template modification count

I have two XF 2.0.0 forums both with the exact same add-on called Profile page v1.7.

Why does Forum #2 show 2 count for all the template modifications?

Here's an example when I click on the 2 and it shows the Template modification log.

I was able to fix it by uninstalling the add-on and reinstalling the add-on.

This is down to orphaned data in the xf_template_modification_log table, see here:

The fix wasn't retroactive so you'll need to resolve this in a similar way if you come across it again.
