XF 2.2 Incorrect Pagination

I batch-moved threads from one forum to a child and now the parent has empty pages. I tried rebuilding forums and threads to no avail. The first two pages have threads, but the rest don't.

Hello, should there be threads in pages 3, 4 and 5 or are pages 3, 4 and 5 too many?

The latter. There are only 1-1/2 pages of threads.

However the problem has resolved itself, telling be that a regularly schedule job handled it. I just don't know which.
