Not a bug '&' in vb tag imported as '&amp'

After import of vbulletin 3 tags the result of a tag with '&' in it was '&amp'.

As far as I can tell, we have code to handle this, unless the data is actually double encoded.

Would it be possible to see the the thread.taglist value for a thread with this tag? Also, can you show the data in the tag table for this tag (it should be findable by tagtext)?

To my suprise the problem was in the source data. This is not a bug.
