In AdminCP when clicking on a sectionHeader with only one sublink automatically open that sublink

I just find it annoying to have to click on "Add-ons" Section then click on "Add-ons" link again under the section to get to the add-on list which is likely going to be the only link ever under the Add-ons Section.

Seems if there is only one link in a section that clicking just the sectionHeader should automatically expand the list and open the link.

Some addon creators add links to that section.

More annoying for me is how much scrolling you have to do when navigating that menu. IMO, that menu should default to showing the full expanded section. Currently, if it's near the bottom it will be hidden no matter what.
