Lack of interest IN ACP have Log Out and Template Page Nav at top

Something that I have to add back in to XF every time there is an update is a very simple template edit to have an ACP "Log Out" in the top right corner of the Admin Control Panel ALSO in the template edit page to a a page nav above the template list.

Both of these items are located at the bottom so one has to always scroll down the bottom of the page to access them...it is really frustrating seeing:
1. It is different to the standard XF front end way
2. They are both simply a couple of lines of code that would not have any adverse impact on any

Good to see these changes. it's really helpful to quick logout rather than go to bottom.

In XF2.1 ACP the logout option is bottom left and not always visible. Also if you use different super admin/admin/moderator accounts it's not obvious under which account you are logged onto the ACP. This add-on places a logout button top right...

I think the guys have something against Navs at the top of a page.
The page Nav is hidden at the top of threads on mobile and it’s insanely frustrating as more sites switch to xf2.
