Hello
Even at the risk of being stoned (again):
I've set myself the goal of running a forum on the topic of bulletin board systems.
And, of course, I want to discuss/explain both the older and some newer programs there.
Since the early 1990s, it has become common practice in the BBS scene to add an additional
file (File_id.Diz) to these file archives. This file contains all the information about the archive, which
can then be imported by BBS programs as a or the file description.
Now to my question/suggestion:
Is it possible that XenForo's Resource Manager takes care about this file (File_id.Diz) and ask the User
to add it as the decription? The User should be able to add/change the decription before it is saved.
Would help me a lot to add things into the Resource Manger.
I've attached such a file description. However, you have to rename it to File_ID.DIZ.
