Add-on install from archive - display readme.txt file

While add-on install from archive is a great thing, many add-ons have a README.txt file outside the upload folder that should be read because it may contain important pre and post installation information.

So I suggest that if a README.txt file exists in an add-on, that install from archive display that file to the user either before or after the install takes place.

100% agree, with the addendum that it should also look for a plain README file or README.md for Markdown as well
