XF 2.0 Importing from vBulletin: URL order for page paths and Google

Hello
I am about to attempt to import my vBulletin 4.2.3 member data into my Xenforo 2 installation. My Xenforo has only my admin as a member, so no users yet.
I want to try and keep the IDs of the articles intact for Google and external links. Do I need to preset anything in Xenforo to keep the URL addresses intact, i.e. not only the ID number per articles, but ALSO the name order in the url?

My current URLs look like this example so domain name > showthread.php? > Number > Title of post

I want to get this right before I do the big import. Thanks in advance.

Looking this further, I looks like Xenforo write the URL as:

domain name > showthread.php? > Title of post > Number
So different to vBulletin V4. Any ideas here, I can see no way I can keep my URL paths intact and IDs to match i.e. Google is not considered?

The URL structure is different but you can use redirection scripts to redirect traffic landing on old URLs: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/xenforo-redirects-for-vbulletin.6123/

Over time Google will reindex and update.
