Importing from phpBB

So to confirm my understanding:

If I wanted to convert to XenForo from phpBB, I would need to install XenForo 1.x, import my phpBB data, and then install the upgrade to 2.x.

Is there an extra cost to get both versions?

If you have a valid license no there is no extra cost, you can download the versions you need from the customer area.

As of the 1.3.0 release of the importer tools, you can now import phpBB 3.2 directly into XF2 without going through XF1.
