Duplicate Importer with no configuration

Seems this bug still exists, I had reported it on the xf2demo site (I believe). Basically if you don't return anything on renderBaseConfigOptions you get a page that says "No configuration required" with an option to continue, I'm also returning true in validateBaseConfig, but I just end up with a blank page but as soon as I return a template with nothing but <input type="hidden" name="config[test]" value="1"> it continues as expected
