XF 1.2 Import only one VB forum section to existing XenForo data

Hi guys,

I have a question.

I have 2 forums...vbulletin forum and xenforo forum.

The two boards share the same information (threads, users, etc...), but now want to copy / move an existing section in vbulletin forum to XenForo. Just this section, and without affecting the data in the current xenforo board. Is this possible? This xenforo board is not a new installation.

You can't selectively import content.

The only way you can do it is to remove any content from the vB installation you don't want to import.
Importing will bring across all members, threads, posts, etc. so if the member names or email addresses are the same you will be prompted to either merge or rename.

Okay.
I will remove all the contents of vbuletin forum and leave only what I want to import to XenForo.

But sure this will not affect any data from my XenForo forum??

In the import settings, what I have to import in this case?

I have already explained how existing content, specifically members will be affected.
