XF 1.4 Import duplicate users from vbulletin utf8

Hello, I'm importing a forum from vbulletin 4.2.2. I've a problem as the system asks me to merge two users:
Vincenzo and Vincénzò.

In vbulletin they're two separate users with different ID, but every time I do the import it asks to merge them.

vbulletin database is in utf8_bin. What can I do?

There is no distinction in XenForo between the characters e and é and o and ò.

You will need to rename one of the accounts.
