When a submit button is clicked for an Ajax submission, it is disabled.
However, if an error message appears we still have to wait for the timer to run out before it re-enables - this can be annoying if, for example, the error is about a missing prefix and it takes only a second or two to make it valid - we still have to wait a few seconds to click the submit button.
