I've noticed quite a lot recently when having image heavy pasted screen shotted conversations with people in both threads and conversations that if you click the submit button before your attachments are uploaded the post will be created, but without the images attached. This means you either have to edit the post and reupload, or upload them in a follow up post.
I propose that if the system detects something is being uploaded that the submit button be greyed out until it's confirmed that the attachment has finished uploading succesfully.
Or inform the user to wait, and that attachments are still uploading, then submit and progress automatically once finished.
