XF 1.4 imagick PECL extension

I had my host install Imagick for me. But the option to enable it is still greyed out in the attachments options. When I check phpinfo through direct link it shows up as seen in the picture below but it does not when I try to check it through xenforo by navigating to admin.php?tools/phpinfo. Any ideas why xenforo would not see it?

Let you host know the current install of ImageMagick and PECL are not working.

Thanks for your reply. Looks like they won't update it which is what I assume needs to be done.
