XF 2.0 Imagick Issue

Xenforo v2.0.10, is not detecting the Imagemagick PECL extension even though my hosting provider is assuring me, now twice, that the extension is installed on my server. What could be happening?

Log into the ACP and navigate to yoursite.com/admin.php?tools/phpinfo and check in the PHP version list for "Imagick" (which is the Imagemagick PECL extension) to confirm that it is actually installed.
